They are now seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering quality, compliance, and cutting-edge solutions.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers ensuring timely, high-quality product testing and certification.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients and manufacturers, offering guidance and solutions.

• Develop internal processes to optimize operational efficiency.

• Coach and support staff, providing clear performance feedback and development plans.

• Take ownership of department performance, reporting directly to upper management.

• Oversee test files, conduct field inspections, and serve as an Evaluator on certifications.

• Ensure adherence to company values and regulatory standards.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master’s degree a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in test engineering.

• 3+ year in a senior engineer or equivalent leadership role.

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Experience in gaming compliance or software testing environments highly advantageous.

Note: A combination of education and significant QA/testing experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
