They are now seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering quality, compliance, and cutting-edge solutions.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a team of engineers ensuring timely, high-quality product testing and certification.
Act as the primary liaison with clients and manufacturers, offering guidance and solutions.
Develop internal processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Coach and support staff, providing clear performance feedback and development plans.
Take ownership of department performance, reporting directly to upper management.
Oversee test files, conduct field inspections, and serve as an Evaluator on certifications.
Ensure adherence to company values and regulatory standards.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
5+ years of experience in test engineering.
3+ year in a senior engineer or equivalent leadership role.
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Experience in gaming compliance or software testing environments highly advantageous.

Note: A combination of education and significant QA/testing experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
