POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description: Step into a leadership role where you will drive test automation strategy and quality assurance across a growing product environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of QA specialists, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle. Working closely with developers, architects, and product stakeholders, you will manage product risk, oversee automation frameworks, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence quality practices, implement modern automation solutions, and contribute to the delivery of highâimpact, enterpriseâgrade systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QA specialists and test automation engineers Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with business and product goals Oversee the development and execution of automated and manual test cases Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle Manage product risk, dependencies, and quality outcomes Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and methodologies Support continuous integration processes and automation frameworks Drive improvements in testing processes, tools, and overall product quality Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BSc Information Science or related qualification Experience: Minimum 4+ years' experience in QA 4+ years' experience in a management or leadership role 4-6 years' experience in test automation Experience within HR, Payroll, or Finance systems advantageous Technical Skills: Strong programming knowledge (OOP) - Python, C#, or Node.js Experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Robot Framework API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI) Performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter) CI\/CD processes and Agile methodologies Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms Additional Requirements: Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities Understanding of SaaS environments, databases, and system architecture Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong focus on quality, detail, and continuous improvement Apply now!
