Test Manager
long-term contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Requirements:

Functional Testing
Test automation
Performance Testing
Definition and implementation of Test Plans
Creation and management of Test cases

Skills Requirements (Advantageous):

Agile methodology
Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence
Ability to read, interpret and follow Java code
AWS Practitioner training and/or certification
Understanding of German language
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
Good presentation skills
Self-starter
Above-board work ethics
Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project
Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
Willing and able to travel internationally
Willing and able to work shifts, after hours and on public holidays

Qualifications:

IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience
Minimum of 8 years in a IT Testing environment
Minimum of 10 years working experience
