We’re looking for a Senior Test Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, owns the QA strategy end-to-end, and is ready to drive digital decoupling through test excellence!
You’ll be the quality gatekeeper, a strategy shaper, a metrics magician, and a mentor to the next-gen QA minds — all while working on innovative global tech initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Test Planning & Strategy design, implementation and maintenance
• Overseeing Test Execution, Reporting, Metrics (e.g. coverage, defect density)
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control
• Coaching and skill enhancement for Test/QA Engineers
• Test Data Management (creation, sanitation, data security)
• Responsibilities as per Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Tool: X-Ray for test case management and reporting

• Git and GitHub Actions
• Frontend and API Test Automation
• Familiarity with AWS architecture
• Security & Reliability Testing
• Portability Testing
• Tools: Playwright, Cucumber, JMeter, Gatling

• Relevant IT Degree
• Minimum 6 years of overall experience
• 3+ years in a Senior QA or Test Manager role

• Participate in analysis, design, development, and testing in an Agile/DevOps model
• Maintain and evolve test scenarios, data, and automated tests (FE, BE, Integration)
• Integrate automation testing across pipelines (build, regression, release)
• Define performance/load testing frameworks
• Ensure strong defect tracking and test reporting at all SDLC stages

• Drive QA standards, processes, shift-left practices
• Design and evolve tools, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
• Stay updated with the latest QA strategies & tools
• Mentor and guide junior testers
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Work independently and deliver with excellence
