  The Role:

  Our client is looking for a Test Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate must be able to manage projects, investigate problems in software and design and write test automation scripts. 

  Essential functions:

  • Managing projects / processes
  • Ability to develop within a specific sought-after programming language
  • Strong working knowledge with software development tools, techniques and approaches used to build application solutions
  • Working knowledge with software development tools, techniques and approaches used to build application solutions
  • Cloud computing technologies, Business drivers and emerging computing trends
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • Relevant IT / Business Degree

  Experience required:

  • At least 8-10 years Cloud architecture and reporting technology experience
  • Extensive experience in implementing and monitoring solutions
  • Experience in testing (manual or automated testing)
  • Web and digital project experience advantageous
  • Agile working experience advantageous

  • Translating and simplifying requirements

  Responsibilities:

  • Designing and writing Test Automation Scripts
  • Using Test Automation Frameworks
  • Investigating problems in software as a result of testing
  • Working with Test Analysts and Software Developers to find solutions
  • Test Performance Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the non-functional requirements from business
  • Analyzing the critical business scenarios
  • Analyzing the service level agreement objectives
  • Developing the test scripts
  • Designing workload model
