JOB SUMMARY:
Our client situated in Greenbushes has a mornings only position for a Time and Attendance Administrator (Temp position)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The temp will be responsible for:

ensuring Time and Attendance via UNIS Webregister is processed and approved
ensuring payroll are notified of any new, transferred or terminated employees
gathering payroll related data including garnishments and other payroll deductions
reviewing and calculating hours worked
submitting payroll reports and timesheets on time

Requirements:

Matric
Own Transport
Experience in Time and Attendance essential
Available Immediately
Good contactable references
Good Computer Literacy
