Toolroom Supervisor
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Tool Room staff and allocate daily tasks. Manage production tooling and ensure quality and cost targets are met. Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance of injection moulds . Inspect moulds for wear, damage and dimensional accuracy. Liaise with production, quality teams and tool suppliers. Drive tooling\/process improvements and minimise production downtime. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Monitor tool room performance, maintenance and downtime reporting. Requirements: Degree\/Diploma in Engineering OR Trade Test in Tool & Die \/ Millwright . Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience , preferably automotive. Project Management and production efficiency knowledge. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's licence and own transport. Fluent in English.
