POSITION INFO:

Be responsible for developing the business plan and bringing strong food brands, into the wholesale market, an interesting role for Trade Marketing Manager/Customer Marketing Manager.

Use your market research, knowledge of POS material that works, promotions needed and be part of a dynamic team. FMCG Industry with wholesale channel experience.  

Tertiary education preferable.

Experience in the Trade Marketing environment

Deadline driven and good ability to plan, recommend and be the conduit between Sales and Marketing.

Achieve Brand volume, share and sales fundamental goals

Responsible for the development of Brand business plans, which include brand and category management into the wholesale trade..

Ensure the brand initiatives are rolled out exceptionally well, using conceptual selling ideas and promotions.

Deliver the results: volumes, share objectives, brand action plans, strategic and tactical recommendations.

Engage with the sales team to bring promotions alive.

Identify the alignment issues and through your leadership, close them, inspire customer and sales team by providing brand expertise, training others and ensuring best in market POS material.
