REQUIREMENT: - RSA ID and legal residence essential - FGASA Level 2 (or higher preferred) - Lead Trails Guide qualification essential - Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH) - Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) - Valid First Aid certification - Previous experience as a Senior \/ Head Guide in a lodge environment - Strong leadership and organisational skills - Ability to assist with lodge management duties when required - Excellent guest interaction and hosting skills - Professional, reliable, and adaptable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct guided walks and game drives to a high standard - Act as Relief Head Guide, overseeing guiding operations when required - Step in as Relief Lodge Manager during management absence - Ensure guest safety and exceptional bush experiences - Mentor and support junior guides - Maintain guiding vehicles, firearms, and equipment - Assist with lodge operations and inter-department coordination - Uphold lodge standards, conservation principles, and guest satisfaction PACKAGE: - R12,000 - R15,000 per month - Live-in accommodation provided - Meals included LOCATION: Hoedspruit - Limpopo
