SUMMARY:
Trainee Junior Bookkeeping and Payroll Assistant in Pretoria for Portuguese, Greek or Italian Speakers , Computer Literate, Long-Term Role, Training will be Provided

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Computer literate (essential).
Xero Accounting knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
Basic bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to learn (advantageous but not essential).Basic payroll knowledge or willingness to learn (advantageous but not essential).
Must reside in Pretoria.
Must be committed to long-term employment.
Proficiency in either Portuguese, Greek, or Italian (essential).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a structured environment.
Good communication skills and a positive, willing-to-learn attitude.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
Support the preparation and processing of payroll.
Capture invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
Assist with general accounts administration.
Support senior staff with month-end tasks and reconciliations.
Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
Provide administrative support where needed.
