SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team in the mining industry. As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees in the Witbank area. Your duties will include designing training modules, organizing training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and continuously improving training methods. Experience in the mining industry is essential as the role is DMRE (Department of Mineral Resources and Energy) regulated. POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Occupationally Directed Training and Development Practitioner (OTDP) + Train the Trainer essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
Driver’s license
Assessor (advantageous)
Moderator (advantageous)
5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
Full understanding of the Skills and Development Act
Must have mining industry experience, preferably underground mining and training of Blasting Technicians.
