SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team at their production plant in Secunda . As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees in a chemical site (plant). Your duties will include designing training modules, organizing training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and continuously improving training methods. Assessor and Moderator certificate is essential. This role is regulated by the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education & Training Authority (ETDP SETA). POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Occupationally Directed Training and Development Practitioner (OTDP) + Train the Trainer essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Driver’s license
- Assessor (essential)
- Moderator (essential)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
- Full understanding of the Skills and Development Act
- Chemical plant experience
