Transaction Analyst

SUMMARY:
One of our clients in the financial services sector is currently recruiting for a Transaction Analyst, TCM, Finance, CIB for a 6-month renewable contract, to assist Treasury Capital Management (TCM) to support the allocated Business Unit with the management and optimization of allocated financial resources so as to maximize the shareholder value.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities:

• Advise on the on-boarding of assets into the balance sheet.
• Assist with planning of overall Financial Resources for the supported Business Unit (BU).
• Assist with the optimization of Financial Resources for the supported Business Unit.
• Attend and contribute at the Regional Pre-Credit Committee (PCC) meeting.
• Build a strong culture of commercial and business insight.
  

• CA(SA) or CFA or degree in Financial Mathematics

• Capital and Liquidity reports as required by the SARB
• Experience in a Corporate and/or Investment Banking environment

• This person will provide regular reporting, analysis, and insight to the Business Units and will support them in the delivery of their role.
• The job holder will receive and provide information from various job holders within Risk to embark on the necessary deliverables ( Risk – Credit Methods, Ops Risk, Market Risk)
