JOB SUMMARY:
A company in management consulting seeks to hire a Transaction Processing Representative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Review Vendor/Supplier information and data against primary and secondary requirements (e.g. Primary Contact Name, Email, Phone, B-BBEE certification/compliance, COIDA certification.
Where information does not exist, engage and reach out to Vendor/Supplier contacts, or collaborating with client contacts, to obtain missing and any additional information.
Collate all information and documentation provided, and electronically file into an online Vendor Portal and/or Microsoft Teams/SharePoint site (as applicable).
Maintain tracker of all Vendors/Suppliers contacted and maintain electronic records provided by the Vendor/Supplier.
