An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Transfer Paralegal to manage property transfers from instruction through to registration, ensuring accurate administration, strong stakeholder communication, and full compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transfer instructions and maintain accurate records
• Draft documentation and manage files end-to-end
• Liaise with clients, agents, and conveyancers
• Arrange lodgement, registration, and delivery of deeds
• Handle financial administration and ensure FICA compliance

• Matric qualification (Paralegal qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role
• Strong knowledge of Legal Suite & AJS
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
