Transformation, B-BBEE & Learning and Development Manager

POSITION INFO:
Lead and manage the organisation's Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development functions to ensure legislative compliance, achieve transformation objectives, optimise B-BBEE performance and strengthen organisational capability. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field 5 years’ experience in Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Learning & Development MERSETA experience is essential Strong experience managing B-BBEE scorecards, verification processes, and reporting under the Generic Codes of Good Practice Proven experience with Employment Equity planning, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and SETA grant applications Experience acting as an organisation’s Skills Development Facilitator. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability. B-BBEE Management Development Programme qualification is advantageous. Key Performance Areas: Drive the organisation’s Transformation and B-BBEE strategy and initiatives Manage annual B-BBEE verification processes and scorecard performance Ensure compliance with Employment Equity legislation and reporting requirements Compile and submit WSPs, ATRs, and SETA grant applications Manage relationships with MERSETA, verification agencies, and relevant stakeholders Coordinate learnerships, internships, and other development programmes Lead Learning and Development initiatives aligned to business requirements Monitor budgets, implementation plans, and project timelines Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports Partner with business leaders to achieve transformation and organisational development objectives
