A long-standing Insurance company is looking for a Transformation Specialist coming from the financial services industry. The idle person would be a specialist in BBBEE.

BCom degree
3 to 5 years in experience in financial services

Skills:

BBBEE

Job description:

Provide compliance during BEE audits.
Assist EXCO to implement transformation strategy.
Oversee local BEE procurement measures and ensure enhancement.
Identify areas of where efficiencies can be implemented.
Make sure all systems are complaint for audits concerning BEE.
Manage a team of consultants.
Give directive on BBBEE and Financial Services Charter legislation.
