SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an EE opportunity available for a Transformation Specialist (Enterprise and Supplier Development) in the Steelpoort, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Degree or National Diploma in Social Development Studies, Political Sciences, Procurement OR Supply Chain Management
• 4 years’ relevant experience
• Understand general principles of Total Cost Of Ownership (TCO)
• Understand the Procurement to Pay Cycle
• Understand the role of procurement in an industrial environment
• Understand the principles of Contract Management
• Understand the process and principles to Tender
• Understand the principles of Vendor Management
• Understand the principles of Mining Charter and BBBEE
• Understand the principles of Corporate Governance
• Understand the principles of Spend Analysis
• Be able to manage computer-based systems

KPAs:

• Labour complement in line with budget
• Achieve HDSA/Female targets for the Section
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Implement and drive BBBEE and procurement key performance indicators
• Lead procurement team
• Develop and implement SLA’s with service providers
• Conduct vendor administration
• Contract administration
• Analyse spend on Vendors, Commodities or Users and make recommendations to improve performance against targets
• Compile Local spend procurement reports
• Enterprise development
