Transformation specialist

SUMMARY:
A large and established financial services organization is looking for a suitably qualified Transformation Specialist who will assist with best practice and thought leadership on all elements whilst executing, monitoring, influencing and improving on the B-BBEE scorecard.

POSITION INFO:

Experience and Qualifications

          •Relevant tertiary qualification
          •Project Management qualification, will be advantageous
          •Post Graduate degree will be an advantage
          •Advanced MS tools and efficiency
          •At least5 years experience in a transformation or EE Consultant role  or similar within the financial services industry
          •Sound knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Financial Sector Code
          •A deep understanding of supply chain or procurement.
          •Excellent understanding of South African black economic empowerment legislation including the Financial Services Charter, BEE codes of good practice, Employment Equity Act, Codes of Good Practice, Labour Relations Act
          •Understanding of local inclusive procurement policies and practices
          •The ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to ensure effective problem solving
          •Sound research skills and ability to interpret information and provide informed recommendations based upon available information
