Join Their Team! Our client, a reputable law firm in Bloemfontein, is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their team. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate transport-related activities efficiently, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage transport arrangements for the firm. Schedule and monitor deliveries, collections, and transportation requirements. Liaise with drivers, couriers, service providers, and internal staff. Maintain accurate records of transport activities, expenses, and related documentation. Assist with the administration of vehicle-related documentation and compliance requirements. Process invoices, capture data, and maintain accurate administrative records. Manage transport-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle confidential information professionally and maintain discretion at all times. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Previous experience in transport administration, logistics administration, or a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience within a legal or professional services environment will be advantageous.
