Travel Consultant

Location: Durban
Are you passionate about travel and helping others experience the world? We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our energetic team! Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Design and sell bespoke travel itineraries tailored to individual needs, preferences, and budgets.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visas, and related services.
Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting preferred partners.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate booking records and stay updated on travel industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a target-driven sales role.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with travel reservation systems (experience with Amadeus is advantageous).
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
