SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience, previous travel industry experience, and strong knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus (non-negotiable). Candidates must have a Matric certificate, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and demonstrate excellent accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail. POSITION INFO:
A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Travel BASIC SALARY : R9000.00 - R12 000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year's work experience Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Experience with reservation systems such as Amadeus (non-negotiable) Matric certificate required Previous experience in the travel industry Strong accuracy and attention to detail Reliable and dependable DUTIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Design and sell customized travel itineraries tailored to individual customer preferences. Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and experiences. Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve business targets. HOURS: The office operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Rostered shifts, including weekends.
