SUMMARY:
A stunning luxury Tour Operator is looking for TRAVEL DESIGNERS to join the team.

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality
Must have 4-5 years of experience at a senior level
Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry
Creative, organized and good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure without compromising accuracy
Ability to pace oneself and prioritise demands
Team worker and ability to interface with various departments
A consistent approach to quality of output, service and result orientated
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in English
Foreign European language skills (advantage)
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, email, Internet)
Proven English literacy
Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating system
Great product knowledge of Southern & East Africa
Personal or educational travel experience required
Excellent attention to detail
Must have a passion for wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation
