As the Treasury Assistant you will responsible for the following:
Treasury Management:

• Daily bank reconciliations and timely transaction processing
• Maintain accurate banking records and user access
• Ensure month-end bank closure and error-free transactions
• Support cash flow forecasting and forex reporting
• Liaise with banking institutions and assist with SARB applications
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and audit reports

• Act as key contact for external auditors
• Prepare requested documentation and resolve audit queries

• Assist in tax calculations and statutory submissions
• Support the Tax Specialist in company secretarial and tax matters
• Address tax-related issues to minimize business risk

• Prepare journal entries for review
• Ensure accurate SG&A recording and month-end clearing

• Manage corporate card system and support employees with limits and queries

• Investigate account entries and submit reconciliations by deadline

• Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting for CFO, Finance Manager, HQ, RHQ, and Auditors
