They are seeking to appoint a Treasury Manager to manage the treasury back office function.

POSITION INFO:

The key responsibilities of the Treasury Manager include:

Managing the treasury back office function
Verification, Settlement and confirmation of Front Office commodity, foreign exchange and money market transactions
Ownership transfers (SAP)
International Shipments of precious metal products
Ensure compliance to the principles of the Agency model with all trading activities and within the risk parameters of the company
Provide guidance and leadership to the back office team to ensure that all functions are executed efficiently and timeously.

Essential Requirements:

Accounting or Financial Management university degree
Working knowledge of SAP
10 years experience in a treasury or finance function
Experience optimising processes, implementing compliance policies, ownership of audit finding

The role is based in East JHB and will suit a treasury/ finance professional who is meticulous, accountable and an excellent communicator able to engage with many internal and external stakeholders.
