SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Trial Success Manager with Project Management experience to join our client's team in the East Rand

POSITION INFO:
Job Summary:

The Trial Success Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of trials, overseeing deployment processes and ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery. The manager will maintain long-term relationships with customers, managing churn, increasing existing revenue, and influencing new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 12
- Project Management or Account Management qualification is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting, with significant experience in Project Management.

Skills Required:

- Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing skills and knowledge of training administration and quality assurance processes.
- Superior skills in customer engagement, communication, presentation, and problem resolution.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily management of trials.
- Conduct site visits, including extensive and overnight travels.
- Conduct continuous reviews of trial goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Perform risk and gap analyses.
- Coordinate internal resources for flawless trial execution.
- Manage all legal paperwork related to the trials.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
- Ensure effective and timely communication with customers.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts.
- Manage relations with customers and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
