JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently recruiting for a Trust Officers Assistant for an Investment Management company, based in Cape Town. To succeed in this role they are looking for someone who is self-driven, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio payments / Client and 3rd party payments

Money Market deposits and withdrawals

Investment Repurchases

Retirement Annuity and TFSA Additions

Preparing files for meetings, and Client appointments confirmations

Draw Portfolio Valuations every morning

Compliance (FAIS & FICA)

General updating of all systems with client information

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 3 years previous experience in investment administration
