SUMMARY:
The Trust and Estate Department at a big Law Firm is looking for a secretary / paralegal / professional assistant to join their dynamic team.
Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Preferably 2 years of experience with attorneys, a fiduciary practice, or auditors in
Correspondence and interaction with clients
Drafting of wills, trusts, and managing such a portfolio
Lodging of bundles with the Master in respect of trusts
Must be fully bilingual
Must have good organizational skills
Must be computer literate – especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be able to handle calls and general secretarial duties and be willing to take responsibility.
