As a UI/UX
Designer, you will play a key role in designing and improving user experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure a seamless user journey across products.
This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user experience, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design and improve user experiences across digital platforms
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs
- Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver intuitive solutions
- Create personas and interaction models to enhance user engagement
- Identify and solve UX challenges to improve usability and accessibility
- Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products
- Contribute to building and enhancing UX design capability within the organisation
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- Degree in Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:- 5–7 years’ experience in UI/UX Design or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX design projects
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, UXPin or similar)
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous
Additional Competencies:- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and user-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
