POSITION INFO:
Our client is a well-established organisation operating within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. They are committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences and continuously enhancing their platforms to meet evolving user needs. As a UI\/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and improving user experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to research user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure a seamless user journey across products. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user experience, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Design and improve user experiences across digital platforms Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver intuitive solutions Create personas and interaction models to enhance user engagement Identify and solve UX challenges to improve usability and accessibility Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products Contribute to building and enhancing UX design capability within the organisation Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Degree in Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience: 5-7 years' experience in UI\/UX Design or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX design projects Technical Skills: Proficiency in UX\/UI design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, UXPin or similar) Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous Additional Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking High attention to detail and user-centric mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Apply now!
