JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for a UI/UX Designer Lead to join a dynamic team within a fintech space to help establish a design language based on the mother brand for digital products. The successful candidate will gain more knowledge and exposure to the newest technologies in the cash management environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Be up to date on industry standards for UX/UI in FinTech
Utilize design thinking methodologies to collaborate on empathy mapping, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, high fidelity design
Implement UI designs and
Collaborate with the development and engineering teams on the refinement and implementation of UX.
Recruit & mentor promising talent
Drive the UX/UI strategy for Mobile and Web interfaces
Meet with customers or business stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities
Conduct customer interviews and research
Collaboration with business, customers, developers, and testers
Develop digital design rules and guidelines to ensure impact and consistency
Develop high-fidelity UI files for development
Provide feedback and refinement of interfaces in testing
Measure impact & usability of designs to provide strategic direction on product development.
Design sprint planning and integration into development sprints
Build user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity designs
Creative direction
Collaborate with the product team to establish the scope of each requirement.
Engage with stakeholders to gain iterative feedback at each phase of the design process.

Requirements: Â

Matric
BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
+ 6 years of experience
Good organizational skills
