Job Description: As a UX\/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity designs and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and customers to create user-centred solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience: Minimum 8+ years' experience in UX\/UI Design Minimum 4+ years' experience in Financial Services Experience working in enterprise-level environments advantageous Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping Ability to create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications Strong understanding of Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles and accessibility standards Experience collaborating within Agile\/Scrum delivery teams Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and facilitation skills Experience working closely with Product, Business Analysis, and Development teams Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field UX\/UI Design, Human-Centred Design, or Interaction Design certification advantageous Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design processes and successful digital product delivery is essential Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile or to view all our Jobs in Information Technology.
