UK Call Centre Agent

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Call Centre Industry requires candidates with at least 1 years call center experience to join their team. You will be required to work UK hours. You will be required to meet company KPIs You will be required to complete training of 10 days. Your work hours will be 10am - 6pm (Standard South African Time) Monday - Friday

POSITION INFO:

1. At least 1 year UK call center experience. Either Sales/Lead Gen/Customer Service
2. Be willing to work UK hours (Taking into account UK day-light savings time)
3. BE of sober habits
4. Be able to work well under pressure.
5. Must be able reach Company KPI’s set out.
6. Must be willing to receive constructive criticism
7. The Ideal Candidate must be based in Durban
