  The Role:

  An exciting opportunity exists as a UX Researcher at our health focused client in Johannesburg. 

  Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years'' UX research experience for digital products
  • Experience in managing communications
  • Experience in facilitating workshops
  • Experience in integrating user research into product design
  • Experience in designing and conducting usability studies
  • Demonstrated impact on products previously worked on
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
  Key Accountabilities:
  • UX Strategy
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Identify the best research approaches based on timing and resources
  • Conduct exploratory interviews with clients
  • Conduct or guide UX research internally and externally 
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that stakeholders and peers can act upon
  • Find ways to improve the overall UX maturity of the organisation
  Personality and Attributes:
  • Deep knowledge of an array of user research methodologies
  • Passion for defining and solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
