A well-known Investment insurance business is seeking a UX Specialist to work with their dynamic team in sharing design principles.

Duties:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of user interfaces to determine if the known and unarticulated needs have been met.
• Plan, design and execute quantitative and qualitative user testing that includes interviews, focus groups and contextual enquiry.
• Analyze user research and testing results and share outcomes and recommendations with the business team
• Create conceptual and creative UI solutions for web and mobile projects utilizing branding and design standards that meet business and user requirements.
• Work with teams to share design principles, answer queries on functional UI aspects and drive the design of the product from concept to implementation.
• Adherence to and development of UI standards and CI to ensure that standards are recorded and shared amongst team members

Reference Number for this position is SJ52394. This is a permanent position based in Sandton offering a cost to company salary of R650k PA negotiable on experience and ability.
