To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by handling all administrative functions on an existing member''s profile and by providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover.

Policy administration Upselling on existing business

Claims support and administration Retention of policies and customers Qualifications and Experience Grade 12

FAIS credits on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirement RE5 (Representative)

At least 1 years proven Short- Term Insurance Underwriting experience. At least 2-3 years short term underwriting for Prestige Underwriter.

Personal Lines advantageous
