Underwriter and Claims Administrator

POSITION INFO:

An established financial services business is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Underwriter and Claims Administrator to provide underwriting and claims assistance to Advisers, with a focus on both Commercial and Personal Lines.

This role requires strong administrative skills, in-depth product knowledge and excellent communication with clients and insurers.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook).
NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance.
RE5 Regulatory Examination successfully completed.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Personal and Commercial Lines claims.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in underwriting Personal and Commercial Lines.
Must have own transport or reliable means to get to the office.
