SUMMARY:
Established Food Manufacturer is looking to employ a Unit Production Manager to oversee all production processes, managing improvements, and process management.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary Qualification in Production Management or similar essential
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment and 2 years within a management role
Knowledge of lean concepts
Understanding yield verifications
Experience in managing variable production systems and schedules
