Minimum Requirements:

3 year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a Business related qualification.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years Business Development experience (Client research, identifying client triggers, and cold calling clients in the e-Learning and Talent Solution space).
Previous experience in a Sales role, preferably in Learning / Talent solutions Sales.
HR and Talent Management Systems experience.
