Urgently needed experienced Front Desk Manager to work in Cape Town - Waterfront

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Front Desk Manager needed in Cape Town -Waterfront

At least 1-year Beauty Therapy qualification.
3-4 years of working experience in a busy 5 Star Spa establishment as a Front Desk Coordinator with some Management duties
MUST have previous Beauty Therapy experience.
ESP Systems experience and excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word & Emails, etc)
MUST have Administrative & Management skills.
MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and spa standards, targets, revenue, cleanliness, stock control, marketing and promotions, sales, shifting & staff management, etc.
MUST have knowledge of Spa service and 5 Star hospitality environment
Previous experience with making bookings, answering calls, cash-ups and stock take, therapist roaster set up.
MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills & be very proficient in the English language.
MUST have good customer care with excellent retailing skills.
MUST be friendly and be professional with clients.
MUST be well-spoken, well-groomed, and passionate about the Beauty industry.
