JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager for a showroom in Rivonia. To manage an organised and profitable used vehicle department with maximum customer satisfaction. Responsible for mentoring and leading the used car sales executives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct weekly sales meeting
Compile productivity and sales reports (Manage stock levels and age analysis of all stock and Continuously update stock lists)
Manage the training of all sales staff
Create marketing awareness for the sales department and dealership (Identify customer needs/trends, Understand marketing analysis/strategies, Implement a relevant marketing approach)
Manage the usage of all dealership demonstration vehicles
Manage all vehicle sales debt collection
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all vehicle sales documentation
- Review vehicle sale debtor list frequently

Responsible for departmental budget (in collaboration with the Finance department
Responsible for vehicle evaluations (Ensure effective understanding of vehicle evaluation procedure)
Responsible for all vehicle trade–inns
Responsible for attending relevant training courses and self-development
Attract, retain, appraise and develop staff
- Recruit staff, preferably via the Group’s recommended recruitment process
- Contribute to developing an enabling culture
- Strive to retain talent
- Develop succession plans for staff
- Drive performance management
- Coach and mentor junior staff
