The Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles, managing the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role requires excellent product knowledge, negotiation skills, and a commitment to meeting sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell used vehicles to prospective customers
• Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and finance options within company guidelines
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare accurate sales documentation and follow-up paperwork
• Ensure vehicles are presented to dealership standards
• Stay up to date with market trends and product knowledge
• Coordinate with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements

• Matric non-negotiable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales (motor dealership environment essential)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
