VAF Collections Agent: PWO

🚨 We’re Hiring: Collections Agent – VAF PWO (Post Write-Off)
📍 Location: Pretoria East 
💰 Salary: Up to R10,000 basic + Commission + Benefits

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Collections Agent with a strong understanding of post write-off collections in VAF, shortfall recovery, and strategic account rehabilitation. If you’ve got a passion for turning around tough cases and thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment — this one’s for you!

POSITION INFO:

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
• 1-3 years in a call centre collecting on VAF accounts, post write off.
• Excalibur systems knowledge.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Proficient in English (other languages are a plus).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

💼 Experience Needed

• Familiarity with vehicle finance, collections, and banking products
• Knowledge of post write-off, off-balance, or shortfall account collections is a major advantage
• Experience using CACS and other banking platforms is beneficial
