SUMMARY:
A well-established Law Firm in Pretoria East is looking for a VAF Secretary to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

4 – 6 years previous experience in a Absa Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance position
Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
Ability to work independently
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner
Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems: AJS, DM11 and Lexpro
Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
