VAT Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• University Undergraduate Degree or Diploma of any background.
• Advantageous: 1-2 years' work experience.

• High level of organisational skills.
• Great attention to detail and admin oriented.
• Patient and persistent to see a task through completion.
• Analytical and technical.

• Support the VAT team with daily and weekly administrative duties.
• Assist with the preparation and review of VAT returns.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely submission of VAT returns and related reports.
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative and compliance tasks as required.
• Obtain outstanding supporting documents from suppliers timeously and liasing with the tax team to ensure accurate record keeping on system.
• Learn and become familiar with international VAT rules and keep up to date with any changes in legislation.
