MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
2. Min of 2 years previous vegetable farming experience
3. Min of 2 years previous farm management experience
4. Ability to communicate in Afrikaans and English
5. Ability to speak Zulu highly advantageous
6. Computer literate
7. Proven ability to work with and lead a strong tea
