POSITION INFO:
VEHICLE SALES MANAGER/EAST LONDON. The successful candidate will be responsible in assisting the Dealer Principal in formulating ongoing vehicle sales policy, maximizing sales and profitability to meet sales forecast, ensure optimum stock of cars, and ensure cost control to budget within the department
Requirements:
Matric (not negotiable)
Code 08 Drivers License (not negotiable)
Further qualification in Sales advantageous
Experience within the Automotive Industry preferred
Staff Management experience
Main job functions:
Develop and implement a sales growth strategy for new and used vehicles
Motivate and Lead Sales team to achieve sales targets
Motivate and Lead Sales team to achieve OEM Retail and Wholesale targets
Daily activity management
Daily/weekly calling on customers to build solid relationships
Maintain strong relationship between Business Manager and Sales team
Manage OEM Scorecard
Manage the Monthly reports that are required from OEM
Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
Manage assets to benchmark levels
Manage vehicle debtors to benchmark
Maintain high levels of CSI in sales
Salary: Market related (based on experience)
