VISA & Immigration Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Visa & Immigration Administrator to join their team in Kensington. This role is responsible for managing visa and immigration application processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with Home Affairs and VFS requirements. The successful candidate will be proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Kensington, Cape Town Salary: R10 000 per month Industry: Immigration & Visa Services Employment Type: Full-Time (Office Based) Key Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous). Previous administration experience, preferably within immigration, visa processing, legal, or professional services. Experience working with VFS Global and Department of Home Affairs processes will be highly advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Punctual, reliable, and able to follow processes and instructions precisely. Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a professional work ethic. Must be willing to travel occasionally to Home Affairs offices when required. Uber may be provided. Key Responsibilities: Process visa and immigration applications accurately and efficiently. Select the correct visa and immigration categories based on client requirements. Prepare and complete application checklists to ensure all supporting documentation is received. Prepare application templates, print required documentation, and maintain organised client files. Liaise with VFS Global and the Department of Home Affairs regarding application submissions and progress. Keep clients informed throughout the application process through regular updates and notifications. Schedule appointments and coordinate submission timelines. Ensure all applications comply with current immigration regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
