VJ 17754 - Electrician Manager (Construction/Property Development) – Gauteng

You will be responsible for the following:

• Construction electrical management including layout of pipes, conduits, and site electrical planning.
• Reading, interpret and understand construction plans, electrical schematics, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance and pass final building code inspections.
• Collaborating with site managers, architects, contractors and other trade managers to ensure Electrical work is completed accurately and on time
• Budget and manage all materials, labour and tools
• Install electrical components such as wiring, panels, switches, lighting, and DB Boards
• Ensuring all three-phase installations comply with Installation Rules and pass final building code inspections and testing to issue COC
• Repairing and maintaining electrical systems
• Strict application of health and safety standard
