You will be responsible for Mechanical Estimation and Project Administration with the following responsibilities:
- Project Planning (Time, Budget, Completion dates)
- Project Monitoring (Checking progress, Quality, Material and Costs)
- Project Budget and Control
- Drafting and reviewing designs
- HVAC system design
- Workshop drawing
- As built drawing
- Project Cost Estimation
- Compile Quotations
- Site meetings and inspections
- Project Sign offs
Qualifications
Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC system design
- More than 5 Years as a qualified HVAC Consultant
- Project administration and Management Skills
